Vanni Institute of Technology is a high-tech educational institute established in the Vanni region of Sri Lanka by the International Tamil Technical Professionals' Organization. The institute, also known as VanniTech, has been inaugurated in June of 2003 as ITTPO's Phase 1.0 of the project.

With the success of Phase 1.0, ITTPO would like to move to Phase 2.0 of the project which calls for allocation of a land and building of a permanent campus.

The proposed land size is about 150 acres and the budget is about US$ 3.0 million.
